- I love this salad dressing! It is easy to prepare, delicious, and keeps for weeks in the refrigerator. I got the recipe from the Dr. Oz show years ago. I do like the salad dressings on the grocery store shelves, but I don’t always trust what is in them. With this recipe I know all the ingredients are wholesome.
- I love preparing salads. I make them probably three times a week to go with our evening meals. They can be so versatile and crazy healthy! There are many different types of lettuces from which to choose, and they are all full of nutrients. I add all kinds of ingredients to my salads. My favorites are good lettuce, carrots, garlic stuffed olives, walnuts, blue berries, and who knows what else! Fresh salads are among the healthiest foods we can eat.
Below is the recipe for Dr. Oz salad dressing. As you can see it is simple and is delicious on salads.
- 2/3 Cups Olive Oil
- 2 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard) I use what ever mustard I have in the pantry.)
- 2 TBSP honey
- 3 1/2 TBSP Vinegar. ( I use rice vinegar. It has less of a bite.)
The ingredients can be whisked in a bowl then transferred to a bottle, or poured into your favorite salad bottle. Finally shake for just a few seconds. This keeps beautifully in the refrigerator. I usually microwave it for just a few seconds when I take out of the frig and use it.

Tune in next time when I will show how to prepare this recipe on video!
Can’t wait for the video!!
