I am Catherine Dickherber Pilant Ed.D. I spent my career as an Educator and Reading Specialist, ranging from preschool through 5th grade. I love to read books that inspire, and empower! When I find a particularly great book, I put it in my Blog.
When I am not reading I am cooking, golfing, entertaining grandkids, cycling, drawing, or brainstorming with my WordPress friends.
I have a Doctorate in Education, and spent my career as an educator. Being retired now, one of many things I love to do is research recipes and test them out. I have posted several of my favorites here in my blog. I do have a criteria for the recipes I post. First and foremost they must taste good and look good.
